season 2015 – 2016

In this season (Sept. 2015-Sept. 2016) ECRU was involved in several collaborations and projects at regional, national and EU level. We extended our partnership network, supported at methodological and technical level (planning, budget) projects of old and new partners, developed new projects (even with a range of European schools).

Stagione 2015/2016

In questa stagione (settembre 2015-settembre 2016) ECRU è stata coinvolta in diversi progetti e collaborazioni a livello regionale, nazionale e comunitario.
Abbiamo esteso la nostra rete di partenariato, supportato a livello metodologico e tecnico (programmazione, budget) alcuni progetti comunitari di nuovi e vecchi partner,  sviluppato una serie di progetti (alcuni insieme a scuole europee).

Finalità e obiettivi
Costruire un determinato profilo professionale di intrapreneur per promuovere/sostenere una pedagogia intrapreneurship nelle PMI | diffondere questo innovativo ruolo dirigenziale in grado di facilitare, nel settore dell’artigianato, il trasferimento intergenerazionale di competenze e conoscenze e la crescita dell’impresa (sindrome Buddenbrook) e, più in generale, nel mondo delle PMI, per colmare le lacune di competenze aiutando la crescita di nuove professionalità e di innovazione di processo e di prodotto che migliorino le prestazioni dell’impresa | favorire l’introduzione di questo nuovo profilo professionale a livello di management, migliorando la iniziale e continua capacità di risposta dei sistemi di istruzione e formazione professionale alle esigenze del mercato del lavoro

Build a specific occupational profile of intrapreneur to promote/support a intrapreneurship pedagogy in the SMEs | Disseminate this innovative management role able to facilitate, in the craft sector, the intergenerational transfer of skills and knowledge and the growth of the company (Buddenbrook syndrome) and, more generally, within the world of SMEs, to fill skill gaps by helping the growth of new professionalism and innovation of process and product that improve the performance of the enterprise | Foster the introduction of this new occupational profile at management level by enhancing the initial and continuing responsiveness of VET systems to the needs of the labor market
