E-SENIOR+

Il progetto E-SENIOR+, coordinato dall’Associazione Ryder Albania, coinvolge partner provenienti da sei paesi europei e dai Balcani occidentali ed è un’iniziativa mirata a responsabilizzare i cittadini anziani come partecipanti attivi alla vita democratica e pubblica. In risposta alla Priorità 3 del bando CERV-2025-CITIZENS-CIV sull’impegno civico, il progetto affronta l’esclusione sociale, l’emarginazione digitale e la scarsa rappresentazione istituzionale degli anziani e promuove la solidarietà intergenerazionale attraverso programmi di mentoring e campagne di storytelling, favorendo la comprensione e la cooperazione tra anziani e giovani.

E-SENIOR+

The E-SENIOR+ project – coordinated by Ryder Albania Association and involving partners from six European and Western Balkan countries – is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering elderly citizens as active participants in democratic and public life. Responding to the CERV-2025-CITIZENS-CIV call’s Priority 3 on civic engagement, the project addresses the social exclusion, digital marginalization, and institutional underrepresentation of older adults and promotes intergenerational solidarity through mentorship programs and storytelling campaigns, fostering understanding and cooperation between seniors and youth.

Me Them Us. The art of relating

Me Them Us. The art of relating (Io, Loro, Noi – L’arte di relazionarsi) – submitted under the CERV programme – is based on the concept that art speaks a universal language, overcomes language barriers, carries messages of tolerance, pacification and of universal citizenship and that the enhancement of the “life skills” (cognitive, emotional and relational) is indispensable for the democratic education of children thanks to the greater self-awareness and self-esteem that the exercise of creativity raises. Me Them Us involves outstanding teachers, artists of international calibre, who offer children and young people their skills, their lives and their works as an educational experience, emphasizing their human quality and originality.

Programme: CERV-2022-CHILD (Call for proposals to protect and promote the rights of the child)

Outreaching, scouting and career guidance service [Asylum, Migration, Integration Fund (AMIF) 2014 – 2020]

The project, launched in December 2020 and ended in 2022, concerns the creation of an outreaching, scouting and educational and professional orientation service, aimed at enhancing and developing the skills and professionalism of Third Country Citizens residing in the Municipality of Nettuno (Rome).

In January (2022) the first step dedicated to the creation of individual profiles was completed, to indicate possible and specific paths of education, training and/or work, comparing the information collected (Expectations) – relating to each past, significant experiences and knowledge acquired (formal, informal and non-formal) – with one’s own wishes.

The second step of the project will therefore be aimed at indicating possible career paths and/or education for each citizen based on the needs identified and the opportunities offered by the local labor market in order to subsequently move on to a third step dedicated to comparing (together with the key institutional actors) these opportunities with the professional profiles available in the area, thus starting a more effective placement and/or orientation action.

Language and new citizenships (Lingua e nuove cittadinanze)

Encourage the integration and social inclusion of non-EU migrants, through training in civic and socio-working languages ​​thanks to proximity devices, thus facilitating access and information in connection with the offer of the network of schools and other territorial institutions.

ECRU is responsible for the phases related to:

– Work Path (Linguistic and citizenship paths): language training with sector micro-language interventions, related to work needs and language training courses level A2-B1 to increase the knowledge of the Italian language or to reach the middle school license

– Interventions to facilitate access to the educational offer. Capillary actions of territorial diffusion of information on training opportunities with outreaching actions conducted by operators and intercultural mediators
