Outreaching, scouting and career guidance service [Asylum, Migration, Integration Fund (AMIF) 2014 – 2020]

The project, launched in December 2020 and still ongoing, concerns the creation of an outreaching, scouting and educational and professional orientation service, aimed at enhancing and developing the skills and professionalism of Third Country Citizens residing in the Municipality of Nettuno (Rome).

In January (2022) the first step dedicated to the creation of individual profiles was completed, to indicate possible and specific paths of education, training and/or work, comparing the information collected (Expectations) – relating to each past, significant experiences and knowledge acquired (formal, informal and non-formal) – with one’s own wishes.

The second step of the project will therefore be aimed at indicating possible career paths and/or education for each citizen based on the needs identified and the opportunities offered by the local labor market in order to subsequently move on to a third step dedicated to comparing (together with the key institutional actors) these opportunities with the professional profiles available in the area, thus starting a more effective placement and/or orientation action.
