Aims and Objectives
To detect how the craft organizational model can be understood as a LO and the artisan as an entrepreneur/intrapreneur | verify, within the craft sector, the relation between LO and intrapreneurship to understand how and to what extent the intrapreneurs can promote learning in/by organizations in order to facilitate the organizational performances | develop curricula and learning models useful to facilitate the transition from study to work | promote/support intrapreneurship in the world of SMEs

Rilevare come il modello organizzativo artigiano può essere inteso come una Lerning Organization e l’artigiano come imprenditore/intraprenditore (intrapreneur) | verificare, nel settore dell’artigianato, il rapporto tra LO e (intraprenditorialità) intrapreneurship per capire come e in che misura gli intrapreneurs possono promuovere l’apprendimento nelle/attraverso le organizzazioni al fine di facilitare le performance organizzative | sviluppare modelli di programmi di studio e di apprendimento utili ad agevolare la transizione dallo studio al lavoro | promuovere/sostenere intraprenditorialità nel mondo delle PMI

ROSE – a ROund dance in the Streets of Europe

Finalità ed obiettivi
In ROSE sono definite le metodologie e le strategie centrate sulla priorità SVV (Supporto alle vittime di violenza) e pianificate le “condizioni per agire” in ciascun paese partner e a livello europeo attraverso l’approccio Helix inteso come “sistema”, la costruzione di strumenti di “indagine e certificazione “, il Caravan (un vero e proprio viaggio attraverso l’Europa per portare, condividere e raccontare conoscenze ed esperienze), i modelli specifici di apprendimento reciproco, una piattaforma virtuale integrata, un video (il viaggio raccontato attraverso immagini e suoni).

Elsir è ora in tutti i continenti (e apre un gruppo su LinkedIn)

ELSIR – Network for Innovation and Social and Territorial Responsibility in soli 5 mesi ha quasi raddoppiato i suoi membri arrivando a 180 adesioni che lo rappresentano ora in tutti i continenti.

Il network, a cui si può aderire gratuitamente e che è aperto sia ad organizzazioni sia individui, continua a ricevere richieste di partecipazione alla sua mission – che è principalmente quella di sviluppare nel mondo progetti innovativi focalizzati nel campo della responsabilità sociale e territoriale – che Elsir persegue coinvolgendo, dove possibile, suoi membri nelle attività progettuali promosse e realizzate da ECRU (che coordina ELSIR a livello internazionale).

Per favorire ulteriormente lo scambio tra i partner, abbiamo creato su LinkedIn un gruppo allo scopo di condividere opinioni, idee e progetti all’interno del network facilitando lo scambio di informazioni tra i membri e favorendo la reciproca conoscenza.
