Me Them Us

Me Them Us. The art of relating – submitted under the CERV programme – is based on the concept that art speaks a universal language, overcomes language barriers, carries messages of tolerance, pacification and of universal citizenship and that the enhancement of the “life skills” (cognitive, emotional and relational) is indispensable for the democratic education of children thanks to the greater self-awareness and self-esteem that the exercise of creativity raises. Me Them Us involves outstanding teachers, artists of international calibre, who offer children and young people their skills, their lives and their works as an educational experience, emphasizing their human quality and originality.

Outreaching, scouting and educational and vocational guidance service

The project, launched in December 2020 and ended in 2022, concerns the creation of an outreaching, scouting and educational and professional orientation service, aimed at enhancing and developing the skills and professionalism of Third Country Citizens residing in the Municipality of Nettuno (Rome).

In January (2022) the first step dedicated to the creation of individual profiles was completed, to indicate possible and specific paths of education, training and/or work, comparing the information collected (Expectations) – relating to each past, significant experiences and knowledge acquired (formal, informal and non-formal) – with one’s own wishes.

The second step of the project will therefore be aimed at indicating possible career paths and/or education for each citizen based on the needs identified and the opportunities offered by the local labor market in order to subsequently move on to a third step dedicated to comparing (together with the key institutional actors) these opportunities with the professional profiles available in the area, thus starting a more effective placement and/or orientation action.
