HRM – Workbench: Human Resource Management Workbench for SMEs | Innovative design – FP5 FWP

 

The project aims to specify, develop and realize field tests with 15 qualified SME end users in 3 countries a set of software applications especially adapted to the work organisation of SMEs in establishing their own Human Resource Management (HRM) competence.

The project developed innovative computer tools for the management of human resources
