The project aims to raise the social responsibility in SME through the development of the necessCOSORE ary methodologies and instruments, based on the Siemens models, in both perspectives: in-company and towards the community in order to create a better organisational environment with more learning potential in the companies (improving social dialogue, organisational flexibility and gain competitiveness) and to make emerge “ethical” codes of best business practice in employment, consumer protection and community involvement
